It is our silver (blanco) that has been rested in Canadian oak casks or vats called "pipones" for six to twelve months. The oak barrels give Reposado a mellowed taste, pleasing bouquet and its pale color. Reposado keeps the blue agave taste and is gentle to the palate. Caramba Reposado is an intense spirit with subtle hints of exotic fruits, agave and slight wood aromas.  It is also enjoyed in a "caballito" (2 oz small glass) or perfect for mixed drinks.
