This is the traditional tequila that started it all. Clear and transparent, triple distilled and triple filtered made with a 100% blue agave. The agave used is extra mature and harvested when the plant is approximately 8-9 years old. It has the true bouquet and flavor of the blue agave. It is young and smooth and is traditionally enjoyed in a "caballito" (2 oz small glass) or perfect for mixed drinks. The silver or blanco is used as a base for all our other tequilas.
